Atento adopts Cirion Technologies Services and Technology to become Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) Leader in Colombia


Strategy to migrate their Data Center infrastructure represents a technology investment meant to transforming the operational model, increasing scalability, flexibility and improving customer experience.



Colombia, June 2024. Atento, one of the greatest global providers of customer relationship management and business transformational outsourcing (CRM/BTO) and industry leader in Latin America, announced a strategic agreement with Cirion Technologies, digital infrastructure and technology provider, to migrate their Data Center Infrastructure in Colombia.
