Cirion´s 2024 Sustainability Report follows the most recognized international standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

Cirion’s ESG commitments and achievements:
- Environmental Leadership: Cirion advanced its decarbonization strategy by ensuring that every new Data Center operates with a goal of sourcing 100% renewable energy; 24% reduction in Scope 1 emissions, 2% in Scope 2, and 15% reduction in Scope 3 emissions compared to 2023.
- Social Impact: Cirion continued to foster diversity and inclusion, increasing female representation to 27% and launching Employee Resource Groups focused on cultural, gender, and generational diversity. The company also received DEI certifications in Argentina and Colombia, and expanded its first-employment programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Governance Excellence: Cirion strengthened its governance framework with enhanced cybersecurity and data privacy measures, updating its Personal Data Protection Policy and expanding ISO certifications (27001, 27701) across multiple countries. 99% of employees trained in Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, and Human Rights policies.
